Endorsements / Change Requests

The most expedient way to request policy corrections, simple changes, non-premium bearing endorsements or minor coverage changes (that are unlikely to require underwriter / carrier approval) is to email your request to:




Please be sure to include the following information in your email:


  1. Your name, agency, email address and telephone number

  2. Account name

  3. Policy or policies / lines of coverage involved

  4. Policy numbers applicable

  5. Effective dates / specific policy terms of coverage applicable

  6. Effective date of the endorsement / change requested


Changes or endorsement requests which involve more significant coverage changes, substantial increases or decreases in premium or which are likely to require insurance carrier underwriting review or approval should be separately directed to the assigned NPM representative handling the account in question.

Please note that insurance coverage cannot be bound, amended, extended, reinstated or cancelled by your sending us an email or leaving us a voicemail message.  No change is effective unless and until confirmed in writing by an authorized NPM staff member or the applicable insurance carrier.
